Other ADR-techniques
There are a large number of other techniques in addition to Mediation and Arbitration, particularly in USA and UK, such as: Med-Arb, Arb-Med, Evaluation (including Early Neutral Evaluation), Fast Track Arbitration, Dispute Boards etc. In comparison with the use of Mediation and Arbitration these methods only play a minor role.
